Our Device to phone service is working without VPN connection. no need for any VPN. Even if you are in regions where voip is blocked.
Device configurations are as follow:
in Linksys devices:
First of all Disconnect VPN connection if you are using any ( Very important. Otherwise this complete process will not work for you.
Then Download Tunneling application by Clicking here And install it.
Now Click on START button in windows > Programes > VoipTunnelClient > VTCConfig
Set number 1, 2, 3 as below image:
Its:
Tunnel Server IP Number: cheapdialer.com
Tunnel Server Port: 1805
Dummy SIP Signaling Port : 5060
Now Press Save Settings.
Now Close This VTCConfig .
Login to control panel of your device.
Click on Admin Login on right side .
click on Line 1:
Proxy: Give here the same IP address what you see in VTCConfig under " Dummy SIP Signalling IP number "
Port 5060
Display name:Ringomax user name *
Login: Ringomax user name*
Password: Ringomax password.
Preffered codec: G729 or G729a
Now Go to Start > Programs > VoipTunnelClient > VoipTunnelClient
Same as image above:
Now make calls from your device. Dont close VoipTunnelClient until you finish making calls. You can Minimize it.
When you finish making calls, then you can close voiptunnelclient.

Same above settings you can give for Line 2 .
Dont select G711 if you dont have good internet connection speed. because it requires high speed internet.
* if you are getting your user name and password from one of Ringomax reseller then request reseller to make account under " Common Client " .
Because usualy reseller creats accounts under PC2phone clients. which will not work in device.
But Common Client will work in PC2phone service, mobile dialers and device to phone service. Its a full option account.
